Types of classes at Nkisoy Yoga




Guided meditation focuses on stillness, breathing exercises and chakra energy cleansing.

The purpose is to achieve mental, emotional, physical healing and stress relief. 




Appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and

relaxing practice. You’re mostly on the mat using props for support, beginner friendly. 




Stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles.

The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It also helps us

to regulate the body's flow of Yin energy. 





If you have never done yoga before this class is all about the basics.

It’s a slower moving class that requires you to hold each pose for a few breaths

and focuses more on safe alignment.




Specifically trained to teach poses that compliment, strengthen

and lengthen a pregnant woman's body.

Prenatal yoga tends to use a lot of props to support the body in poses.

Must consult your doctor prior.




Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links mindful movement

and breath together in a dance-like way.

Our style of vinyasa is mindfully paced, heat building and helps you mentally disconnect.




Is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body

through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative your

muscles are allowed to relax deeply by using props for support.




Improves flexibility and helps you to move more freely, with less effort,

by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones

and muscles. Aerial yoga strengthens core muscles.
