If you have never done yoga before this class is all about the basics.
It’s a slower moving class that requires you to hold each pose for a few breaths
and focuses more on safe alignment.

and lengthen a pregnant woman's body.
Prenatal yoga tends to use a lot of props to support the body in poses.
