It’s incredible how many people say they’d like to live a healthier lifestyle, but aren’t quite sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Nkisoy Yoga offers a mindful approach to aerial yoga and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. We offer small small group and private classes and we believe in keeping things simple. Our yoga style is mindful, grounding and spiritually uplifting for all. We move with body awareness and we teach with compassion enabling a greater one-on-one learning connection. We aim to strengthen the potential that's already inside of you. We have safely designed the studio space with social distance in mind, a friendly welcoming environment, sanitized Manduka yoga props and small class sizes for an intimate experience. No charge for mat rentals.







This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. Great for when you're feeling active and want more of an energized workout. Yoga therapy balls are included in this practice.

This advanced class is for students who have taken at least 5 aerial yoga classes at our studio. In this practice you will focus on strength and flexibility. Inversions are included in this practice and gently guided by the instructor. Modifications are always offered. This aerial yoga class strengthens core muscles, upper body and moves at a quicker pace. 

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Aerial improves flexibility and helps you to move more freely, with less effort, by counteracting gravity. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles. Aerial yoga strengthens core muscles. Hammocks are lower to the ground in this practice. Yoga props are used to help the body go deeper into relaxation.

This is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative your muscles are allowed to relax deeply by using props for support. Great when you're stressed and/or not sleeping enough.

Yin stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of Yin energy. Great for people on their feet all day. People who need some deep stretching after a hard workout.

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your body including hip tightness and overall body strengthening. Those who have incorporated yoga into their pregnancy have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating feeling more aligned mentally and physically. Great for when you're seeking some self-care time before or after pregnancy.
